Secretariat Profile The Financial & Legal Secretariat Pledge of Excellence We will provide timely and accurate financial information. We will adhere to a high degree of professionalism in dealing with all our internal and external Diocesan Organizations in every task we perform. We will strive to understand our internal and external Diocesan Organizations and their needs even when it may be difficult to do so. We will respond promptly to Diocesan Organization's requests including providing a time line for our response. We will create a culture that emphasizes Diocesan Organization service by periodic Diocesan Organization service training for all associates. We will use voice mail, e-mail, etc. as tools for enhancing Diocesan Organization services. We will serve as proactive advisors by providing guidance on financial matters throughout the Diocese.
